The service is okay, but there's no Chinese service. Fortunately, I understand some English; otherwise, it would have been impossible to manage. The main issue is the rental policy, which feels like a bully contract. Initially, I booked to pick up the car in Chiang Mai and drop it off in Bangkok, so there was an extra fee for returning the car to a different location. Due to a change in plans, I switched to picking up and dropping off at the same location in Chiang Mai, but despite multiple attempts, the extra fee wasn't refunded. I find this unreasonable!

They gave us an old model Civic and refused to change it, saying we could file a complaint. Very bad service.

Car was good for trip. Returned two days early but no refund, not happy for this.

Not much to say, not a single problem with the car. Great experience! The only difficulty we went trough was the language. Sometimes it was difficult to understand each other during the pick-up process

Free car delivery within 3 kilometers of the airport is great; our hotel was just within this range

The rental company's service was excellent and there were no major issues. The main problem arose when the car was damaged during the rental period. Even though I had purchased theft and damage insurance, I was informed that, aside from the insurance cost, I also had to pay 5350 baht in compensation. They said it was within the insurance deductible. I don't understand why I bought insurance if I still have to pay this amount.

Pickup and dropoff are very convenient, right inside the airport, simple procedures, highly recommended for trips to Chiang Mai.

Great service. Gotten a call once after the booking was done for confirmation. Then give better suggestion on the car pick up and return to have a greater value of money and savings. Can communicate in Mandarin make it a better edge to them. Great smile on greeting during pick up and return of car. Car is new, clean and comfortable. Supply in car charger and holder for better comfort and convenience

The staff at the Chic Car Rent desk were nice initially but were only after my money & chose not to engage in any discussion points that I had raised, stating that communication was a problem even though there was a Thai person with me. Clearly this was not a pleasant experience & I will be telling anyone & everyone not to use this company. How is it that a company who uses an online service can have a company representing them that deal with their customers in this way? I believe that customer service plays a big role when dealing with service delivery.
