The Anchorage airport store was great, with very considerate and attentive service. When swapping cars, they even changed the time for me by over an hour earlier, saving me quite a bit of money! Very rare!

The staff were very enthusiastic, but there were additional sales pitches which you can choose to ignore. When returning the car at a different location, there wasn't a counter at the airport. You need to call, and someone will come to pick you up and take you to the company to return the car.

Excellent!

Pretty good, barely needed to queue, the car was in good condition. It can fit 5 adults and 1 child (in a car seat). The trunk can hold 3x28 inch, 2x24 inch, and 1x20 inch suitcases, plus a simple stroller.

The staff tried to charge me a one-way rental fee, but I showed my rental confirmation voucher (page 2: Oneway rental fee: included), and that resolved the issue. I believe this shouldn't have happened in the first place. All the charges paid should be detailed in the rental company's system, and renters shouldn't need to provide proof of payment. What if I hadn't printed the complete rental confirmation voucher and couldn't provide the second page? Would I have had to pay the one-way rental fee again?

Like: We were given a brand new car. The car was fuel efficient and easy to drive. We collected from one airport and dropped off at another airport. Suited our busy itinerary.

The car pickup was quick, and the vehicle's condition was decent. However, the staff's attitude was somewhat indifferent, most likely because it's an airport with many tourists. We picked up the car 25 minutes earlier than our scheduled time and noticed they charged us an extra $20. Fortunately, we double-checked and told them we'd return the car earlier, then they promptly canceled the extra charge. Overall, it was pretty good, and I would recommend it.

Following the directions, it was very easy to find the counter.

The staff carefully verifies the documents and particularly checks the driver's insurance status, showing responsibility for the customer's safety. They do not force you to buy unnecessary insurance. Complimentary and
