When we arrived at the store, they demanded an upgrade for a higher price. After we refused, they gave us a downgraded vehicle. The next day, when we went to the store for an explanation, they pretended not to know. In the end, there was no apology!
The car was in great condition and the service was considerate. The only downside was the significant lack of designated parking spaces when returning the car, which wasted a lot of time. If we hadn't found a local American who understood the situation and gave up his parking spot, we might have missed our flight.
The service was decent, quite standard. Since I picked up the car in Jackson, I didn't face much upselling; just got the car right away. However, I was inexplicably charged an extra $35. I was in a hurry, so I didn't argue much about it.
