Dislike: Put more agent at the desk, there were 2 or 3 instead of 5, when the lineup is so long.

The queue was quite long, and I ended up spending an extra $50 on gas. Although I told the customer service that I didn't need to return the car with a full tank, they still selected that option for me. I feel like I was scammed.

The service was attentive and enthusiastic. The return process was simple and convenient. The car was relatively new and trustworthy.

Non-transparent charges

They added an extra charge of tens of dollars, claiming it was for more comprehensive insurance coverage. Due to communication issues, I had to accept it, but it felt a bit unsatisfying.

The service was excellent!

There were many people, and the waiting time was long. The key issue is that they seemed to have no sense of urgency and were chatting leisurely. Meanwhile, several counters were still closed. Maybe it’s different from how things are in my country.

I prepaid for the rental, and when I got to the store, I realized I had to pay a young driver charge of $25 per day. Then they started adding various fees, many of which I didn't fully understand. Being a young driver (which I indeed am), I ended up paying $450 plus various fees, totaling $718.32. That wasn't the end of it; when I returned the car, I paid another $198.16. I also deposited $200. After multiple calls and in-store inquiries with no resolution, I eventually gave up.

A serious issue hasn't been resolved for me

Convenient and fast, plus the staff is very friendly.

Excellent service, highly recommended by friends. The only downside is that although I purchased third-party roadside assistance online, it couldn't be reflected during on-site processing, so I had to buy additional insurance.
