From your gate or baggage claim, please follow signs to board the Sky Train to the Rental Car Center. Please proceed to the Alamo lobby where you can utlize our self service kiosks or be assisted by one of our team members at the counter.

Please follow rental car return sign near the parking lot and follow the instructions and drive the car to the corresponding parking lot. Park your car on the floor of the Rental company. There will be a receptionist. The receipt will be provided after the car inspection.

Vehicles rented in the United States can be driven into Canada, with the exception of 12 or 15 passenger vans,cargo van，luxury cars but must be returned to the United States unless Renter has pre-arranged with Provider to drop the vehicle off at one of Provider’s approved locations in Canada whereby a transborder fee may apply.     There was no queue when renting the car (while other companies had queues)! The counter staff were very polite, although they recommended another insurance not included in the comprehensive insurance, called towing insurance. In case of theft or an accident, the company would be responsible for towing the car back. Otherwise, towing fees in the US are very high, so we bought it.

    A few hours after picking up the car, I noticed the windshield washer wasn't working. I returned to the rental location and got a replacement vehicle. The customer service was quick. The second car wasn't filled up completely, but the staff noted it in the system, allowing for a return with an empty tank. The return process was smooth.

    The car pickup service was okay. When there was no suitable car at the pickup point, they upgraded me. However, later the tire had a leak. I called for roadside assistance and was told they would arrive within 90 minutes. Two sets of 90 minutes passed and they still hadn't arrived. When I called again, they told me they couldn't come and that I had to find a solution myself. Stuck in the middle of nowhere with no other options, I called the police. The police were responsible and helped me replace the tire with a spare. In the end, I found a tire shop myself to fix the tire. Basically, it was like, 'We can't help you, find a solution yourself.'
