“Auto Rental”

Dislike: I had no problems. I did have to return from the airport since I forgot my wallet in my rental. When I got back to the counter, the lady was very nice and quick with finding the car I'd turned in and my wallet.

“Advantage rent a car great value”

Like: Easy checkin and return. Easy rent cars had the cheapest rate, even less than car rental company, by hundreds.
Dislike: Mazda cx3 was a terrible car. Very small, minimal leg room. Trunk can only fit 2 carryon sized suitcases.

“Slow start but no problems from there”

The queue for pick up was painfully slow and other people seemed to take forever. Given we had a booking perhaps there should be an 'express lane'. We received an upgrade as the size we booked was still being cleaned.
