Poor vehicle condition, not from JT company.

Like: our board bags didn't fit in original car so they just swapped it for us no problem!!! met us at the airport for pick up and drop off.
Dislike: not more companies like this around the world!!!

Like: Wendy was friendly and the car is in good condition.
Dislike: Wendy couldn't find the reservation initially which contributed to a delay on meeting me at the airport to get the rental.

Like: It was a fuss free booking with OK Car Rentals. Ms Chiou that assisted us throughout the entire process was very helpful and accommodating. She sent and pick up the vehicle at our hotel and fulfilled all our requests (GPS, child seat and stroller rental) for free. Communication was effectively done via email and also WhatsApp. The rental fees was also one of the most affordable ones according to my research. Car provided was clean and in good condition. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the service and car rental.
Dislike: The only downside was a child car seat was given rather than an infant car seat, thus it wasn't 100% safe for my 5 months old baby as the car seat was more for a bigger child as it is forward facing and have less neck support. Given this was provided complimentary of the car rental, I have no complains. Just sharing for those who intend to request for a infant car seat. Providers speak very little english, however with Google translate this shouldn't be much of a problem.

Friendly and professional service

Like: I drived more than 1000 km for three days and got no any problem with the car
Dislike: Maybe they must give some fragrance on the car

The service from the car rental staff, Judy, was excellent. She explained everything patiently and thoroughly. Picking up and dropping off the car at the airport was very convenient. This self-drive trip in Taiwan was quite tight on schedule, and Judy’s assistance was invaluable. 10 thumbs up for Judy!

Excellent service

Like: The car is clean and good condition
Dislike: the car park is expensive and hard to find

Judy, who assisted us with the car pickup, was very professional, attentive, and enthusiastic.

The staff was very welcoming, efficient, and provided considerate service.

Great attitude, but the fees seemed a bit steep.

Overcharged

Like: Ww collected the car in Taipei. It was not at low mileage but in peefect conditions anyway. No issues to drive on the mountains. Staff was friendly and made some effort to communicate in English
Dislike: Automatic gear sometimes did not play well in steep climbs. Requested but not get the navigator.

Like: Nice car
Dislike: Nothing

Like: The car was clean and price is good.
Dislike: The tyres need changing, and aircon belt need to change.

Like: The car was better than I expected and it is hassle free. The whole trip, I didn’t even finish the tank.
Dislike: Maybe about parking was not clear. And the highway for min 3 person in car to travel. Operating of fog light and headlights. As my country do not have cliff, mountain and fog.

Like: Fast and efficient
