Great attitude, very fast processing

There was no staff to check the car at the pickup parking lot, but the deposit was returned quickly when returning the car, which is great.

Nobody guided us to the car, and we were directed to the wrong place. We searched for a long time in the snow without finding the car.

Rather expensive for what we got, though the experience was good. I think this is just the state of the car rental market in Northern Norway.

Couldn't reach emergency roadside assistance

Customer service was quite average and didn't respond well to inquiries.

Downtown location closed at 4, so I had to take another taxi back to the airport to get a car.

There was no keybox at the drop-off point. I spent half an hour on the phone with the car rental company and couldn't solve the issue. The call cost me a lot of money. I had to catch a train, so I locked the keys in the trunk, resulting in an extra 2000 yuan charge. Can I swear?

Not bad.

It's convenient to pick up the car in Tromsø city center. Returning the car at the airport is easy too; just leave the keys at the counter.

Inside the airport, convenient

There were many people waiting to pick up their cars at Avis, so it was a bit slow. Since we had a lot of people and luggage, we booked a 7-seater car but were given a Sharan. However, I suggest that a Sharan is really not suitable for driving on those roads; the driving experience was much worse... Also, the Avis staff member was always lethargic. He told us where the car was parked, but after looking around three times, we couldn't find it. When we asked him to help us find it, it turned out they had parked it in the wrong place... This experience was a bit disappointing...

とても予約しやすいです。 予約時の選択一覧に、４WDか否か、 それと同等クラスについてもう少し詳しく書かれているととても助かるし、もっと丁寧に車が選べると感じました。
