The vehicle is very new, with only 30,000 kilometers. The company's service is professional, and the instructions for handling the flat tire issue were precise.
The car had a blown out tire, which I then lost the service of the vehicle for 2 days and missed a trip I had planned to go to Doubtful Sound. I lost $1000 on that trip and also lost the money from my hotel room. It was an awful experience.
