But I wish your company could make a deposit return process faster. 700 Euro was taken on April 13th and I called the credit card company today and it isn't still returned. I understand it was a Easter break so I am being more patient. I loved your car very much!

машина новая и в прекрасном состоянии. Полная страховка на 9 дней за Skoda Rapid составила 185 euro, что на мой взгляд достаточно большая цена.

Хорошая поддержка и удобное бронирвание, но жаль что нет возможности повисить уровень страховки после бронирования.

Had to wait for a long time to complete the formalities and pay for the extra Booster seats rented. The GPS took almost 45 mins as none of them were updated/ working. Even the last one finally taken did not work at all. Overall the time wasted in picking up lasted more than 90 minutes and cost me valuable time in Bratislava.

Car park was not cleared off snow so was not possible to take trolley to the car. Made it difficult as an adult plus child with a lot of lugguage

I find Budget on BTS airport very easy to deal with, the prices are perfect, and I think they are one of the only car hire company that allows you to go outside of Slovakia without extra charge. recommended!

The staff was very nice. Since we were traveling far, they upgraded us to a larger new car for free. Originally, we booked an older small car for over 200 Euros per day, but they gave us a new large car worth over 500 Euros per day at no extra cost. They explained their insurance options clearly and the difference between their insurance and the one I bought on QEEQ. There was no pushy sales pitch; it was up to us whether to buy it or not. Personally, I think it’s a good idea to buy basic insurance on QEEQ and full insurance at the pick-up location. The store's full insurance costs 14 Euros per day, and the deposit is only 200 Euros, which is slightly more expensive than QEEQ. QEEQ's full insurance requires a 1,000-Euro deposit but no upfront payment, making it more convenient and quicker. It was also very affordable to return the car in a different country, costing only 65 Euros.
