The service was really smooth and great. I love this company.

It is good but it can be better if we can compare the price of all brands with insurance in just one time.

I never thought the counter staff can’t speak English and didn’t mention me to buy a full coverage of insurance. And the car checking process is so sloppy, they didn’t give me the checking car report receipt. I already drive many times in other country and no accident ever happened, so I trust it should be ok But finally when I return car, their staff said there are 2 places have broken and need to charge me, luckily that I took a video when take car, one of place is already broken when car given to me, but another place I don’t think is my fault, but finally I still give them 5000 baht by cash . But I felt Thai rent a car is really a terrible company especially in Chiang Rai , plz clarify is it many same case happens in that company in Chiang Rai , and I thought it is the way for their staff or company to make money from customer

The tires are in poor condition, the car skid and very dangerous. The pick up National counter representative is very rude and just leave my driving license inside photostat machine. Keep asking me to purchase insurance directly from them instead

I was charged THB 535 for late pick up the car due to flight delay... and it was not stated in the booking condition.

The staff only know very basic English, almost none really, just Thai, making communication very difficult and the process very slow.

Unjustified charges

Very convenient. Initially, I was apprehensive, worried about low-cost rentals leading to high-cost repairs. I even bought a more expensive insurance. But it wasn't that exaggerated. Everything went smoothly. Picking up and returning the car was very convenient.

Like: New car, good service and easy to book .
Dislike: Too much money for deposite by credit card.

The service desk attitude was acceptable.

The car was demaged all over, key only works at one door and the tyres had no profile. AFter 3 weeks I changed the car and renew the contract. It was not possible to make the contract longer. I did get another car full of problems. Motor stops and i cannot start it again. The automatic gearing does not work al the time. I have to stop the car and start again. bad manintenance.

Like: Car condition was generally good. Car inside was very clean. And Scratches outside car were explained correctly by staff when started.
Dislike: I did not notice at the beginning... so it was my fault, but... the fuel was not full when started. I did not expect the fuel not full, and I concentrated on checking outside scratches. So after leaving the pick up site, I noticed the fuel less 1/4... I was in hurry, so I kept driving away...

Like: my landing at mae fah luang chiangrai airport have a better experience this trip. the counter staff were helpful as i was late on my schedule time. the staff eagerly deliver me a brand new altis that was clean and fresh. have a splendid 3 days drive with this car from chiangrai to maesai.
Dislike: lol..i can't comment as there are no side or events that i dislike.

The car condition was good and clean. Quick pick up and drop off.
