Although some staff members did not speak English, the overall experience was very good.

The reception was very good. There was a lady at the front desk and a gentleman inspecting the car. I was very satisfied because I only had a UnionPay card, and my VISA card was left at the hotel. The gentleman who inspected the car even accompanied me to the hotel to get the card (300 THB service fee). This also helped me get familiar with the driving conditions in Koh Samui. However, when returning the car, there was no one at the front desk to receive the car in the morning at the airport, and the guy who inspected the car earlier was nowhere to be found. I couldn't find anyone responsible and had to call to complain! Moreover, I had a flight to catch. The most annoying part was that I gave him a 150 THB tip, I returned the car with a full tank of gas, but after I got home, they charged me 420 THB for fuel (though I later disputed this through the rental car company and got it back, one thumbs up for that!). Overall, it was satisfactory, but it felt a bit like a good start with a poor finish!

Very convenient

Very convenient. Koh Samui Airport is really small. Walk 50 meters from baggage claim to the exit, and you'll see 4-5 car rental service points in a row. The last one on the end is the rental company, very easy to spot. The car had 27,500 km on it but was well maintained. Everything went smoothly throughout the process. Since the car return point was not at the airport exit, I drove directly to the departure area, parked on the side, called them (with the help of a nearby staff member), and they came to pick up the car within 5 minutes. The car inspection and return process took just 1 minute.

Very convenient. There's a counter right outside the airport. The staff's English isn't great, but the procedures are straightforward. Just make a copy of some documents and remember to bring the translated license provided by QEEQ. The staff then takes you to the parking lot to get the car. After confirming any existing scratches, you just take the keys and go. I’d rent a car again next time.

The service in Thailand is excellent, though they might upsell additional insurance. However, if you can communicate in English, this is not a problem.

Picking up the car at Samui Airport was extremely convenient. They only checked the confirmation slip and passport, with almost no document verification needed. The car was very new.

The car condition was good, a Honda Civic. However, it took too long to confirm the insurance when picking up the car.
