Car is totally under power. Check engine indicator permanently came off and the car jerked most of the time while on the go, we made a complaint and wanted to change car but was declined(console by them saying everything is ok, will rescue when car breakdown...WTH). luckily it did not give us any problem at all. car seats have many stains maybe previous users went in wet and cushion left airdried - could have sent for cleaning beforehand. Person in charge are friendly.
I had an appointment at 9, but I arrived at the airport early. They start work at 8 and were there to help me with the paperwork right away. I had printed out my translated driver's license and the order, which I accidentally misplaced at the airport, but it was no problem. They clearly explained the driving precautions.
The Toyota Yaris was a very smooth car to drive and it had great airconditioning. The whole process from start to finiah was very professional by Europcar amd detailed.

Easyrentcars worked how it was designed to work. Price drop protector did not work but this may have been an error on my part as I didnt pay to much attention to it when booking.
Have been to Thailand for many times but this is our first time hiring a car for trip in Thailand. It was very easy to locate the counter in the Krabi airport upon arrival. The customer service is really good for all the processes until we got our car. We will definitely be getting a hire car again from them next time!
