The procedures were fast, and the inspection of the car was thorough and honest, identifying many small scratches that we hadn't noticed. Unfortunately, the GPS was not useful. If it weren't for the phone's navigation, we would have been lost! They didn't inform us about the toll fees in advance, unlike the previous company we used. Otherwise, we would have been confused at the toll stations!

Terrible experience, no English and was not at the airport but a place in town we struggled to find. The AC didn't work and we had a horrible drive around in the heat.

Although i bought full protection insurance, counter stuff suggests buy a new one. Once i hear that i feel uncomfortable and insecure.

The final amount was nearly 1000 yuan more than the quoted price, and insurance was added without our consent. Other than that, everything was fine.

First, the company refused to accept dual-currency credit cards. Second, I rented a diesel car and it didn't have a full tank of AdBlue when I picked it up, and the rental company didn't inform me about it. Third, the car broke down on the second day. Luckily, we found a kind person who helped us call the rental company for assistance, but Alamo refused to provide consultation or help and directed us to a Mercedes-Benz service center. I think these three points are enough for a one-star rating.

Nobody was there when we arrived. We had to call, which cost 60 euro due to roaming charges.

Enterprise tried offering us a different vehicle to the one we originally booked. PLEASE do not book with this company. Not only that, when we returned the car, we were told it was perfectly fine and we would get 100% of our deposit back. This didn't happen. We only received 75% of the deposit back. Staff are extremely rude and they take advantage of foreigners. Also they provided a baby car seat for our 4 month old daughter that was supposed to be for 1 year plus babies. My wife had to hold our daughter on long trips which was incredibly unsafe. Genuinely never been so angry with a car rental company.

The pickup location is right at the domestic arrivals gate of Dalaman Airport, just outside in the parking lot. There were two staff members, and they explained everything quite clearly. Overall, the service was very warm and detailed. Great job.

We were probably the last customers at the Dalaman Airport Avis store. When we arrived at the counter, the staff immediately asked if it was us.

The rental company's service attitude was quite good.

Was upgraded . Because they didn’t have the car I booked but I had to pay extra so a bit annoyed . But the car was excellent
