Super satisfied with the whole experience.

Service was fine, but the car wasn’t what we booked at all.

They upgraded our car to a fairly new one, it was super clean and in great condition. Both pickup and return were really easy.

The rental counter is right at the airport, and with the QEEQ directions it was super easy to find.

The car was pretty much brand new and super clean inside.

The car we booked was exactly the model we got and it ran really well. We drove it in Turkey for 11 days, over 3,000 km with zero issues, and finished our road trip safely and smoothly.

Absolutely fantastic experience! They even upgraded my car to an Alfa Romeo—super smooth to drive and really fuel-efficient. Drove it for three days, did two full loops around the D400, and only had to refuel once.

The car was really new and even had CarPlay, which was a nice bonus.

The car’s AdBlue was almost empty so the warning popped up as soon as I started driving. On top of that, the tire fault light kept coming on and I even had to swap cars halfway, which messed up one full day of my trip. That said, they did handle everything pretty quickly overall.

Pickup and drop-off were super easy. The rental counter is right in the airport parking area, and everything was handled smoothly in English with no communication issues.

Amazing location. Picked up the car right at the airport following the instructions, no hard sell on extra insurance, and they helped us set up ETC so we could just drive through the highway tolls and settle up later. The car was in great condition with zero issues. Definitely recommend.

The car wasn’t properly cleaned before we picked it up.

The local rental office was really efficient – pickup was fast, the car was in great condition, and when we returned it at 7:30 a.m. there was already someone there to help us. The only downside was that the nearby gas stations weren’t open yet, so they took the fuel charge out of our deposit.

The car was in great condition and the paperwork and handover were quick and smooth.
