If you follow the small print of your hire agreement everything will be fine, if you don’t expect to part with more of your money if you want to take the car!
The address on the pickup slip is their office address, not the store address. You need to wait for someone from the store to deliver and pick up the car. As a result, we waited for half an hour to pick up the car and an hour and a half to return it. They said they'd be there in 10 minutes, but after multiple '10 minutes,' they still hadn't arrived! They also asked for all your bank card information, including the security code, at pickup, and then charged random fees after return. Extremely unsafe! Very poor service!
Total scam operation. Was charged £260 for a tiny, barely visible scratch at the end of the rental period (photos attached). Also, a huge deposit was taken on our card at the beginning (£1500), as well as a gas deposit (£95), very surprising. Difficult to find office, chose to walk instead of paying the £3/per person shuttle fee. Office was small, cramped, univiting. Not recommended in anyway.
It was my first time driving abroad, and on December 24th, right before Christmas, there were no cars available for me. Don't even think about a free upgrade. Do you think I'd be satisfied?

Cannot swipe magnetic strip credit cards, only chip credit cards are accepted. In the end, I couldn't cancel my order because the rental car company's customer service disagreed. Terrible! Spent £450 on full insurance, totally wasted. The rental car company's location is very hard to find and extremely remote. Do not choose it! Money wasted for this lesson.
The staff were polite, but they didn't give me the car I had booked. I reserved a Ford Galaxy automatic 7-seater, but ended up with a manual Citroen van. What the heck! I called the rental company, but they said the store didn't have a car that big. Finally, they gave me a Hyundai compact sedan instead, and mentioned that the price difference would be refunded. They added a note to the contract, but I have no idea when it will be sorted. The staff at the return location inspected the car and found no issues. I mentioned the price difference refund, and they handled it, giving me a receipt stating that £22.36 would be refunded to my card. Now that I'm back, not only did I not get the £22.36 refund, but another £22.36 was charged to my card. I'm so annoyed! I called the rental company and they just said they'd contact the store.
Staff were terrible charged money for something we weren't explained about properly phoned customer service no one cares will never use the company again staff were rude when questioned about it
