I was standing in the parking lot not knowing what to do when an attendant asked if I needed help. I explained I needed a hatchback and the Kia Soul was gone leaving only sedans. He instantly apologized and told me to choose any upgrade. I got a brand new Chrysler Pacifica with no upcharge. Great service. I shall return..
