Like: Easy car rental gave us the best value for our money. It was less then other leading companies. We did not encounter any issues when picking up or dropping off our car rental. Will definitely utilize them again.
Dislike: Everything was perfect. No improvements needed

The store staff asked for $29 as fuel cost before picking up the car, claiming the rental car had no fuel. During the initial booking, it was mentioned that the car would be full of fuel, but the store said it was empty and required additional payment. I had no choice but to pay since I couldn't drive off with an empty tank.

The process was simple and efficient; handing over the car was quick and easy, as long as there was no damage to the vehicle.

Like: the price was very competitive. rented a hybrid and it was a great car to drive and enjoyed the gas savings.
Dislike: the rental car return at Mpls. airport is horrific due to construction. It is like running a quantlet.

Like: MSP is a difficult airport to rent a car at but this time was fairly easy due to good service. The dollar people we're friendly and efficient. Booking beforehand made it a smooth process.
Dislike: When we returned the car, some of the men were just standing there watching my disabled Mom and I struggle to gather our belongings. I realize it is a cultural issue, but employees should be instructed in American values and be expected to help customers.

We were supposed to get a Jetta and were in a Hyundai. We experienced terrible weather and it would have been handled much better in the car that we were promised.

Good service attitude

The entire car rental process with ALAMO was very quick, and the staff were extremely polite and considerate, even reminding us to drive carefully in the snow. When I returned the car, I accidentally left my luggage in the vehicle. By the time I went back to retrieve it, the staff were already waiting with my luggage in hand. I will definitely choose ALAMO again in the future!

High cost-effectiveness

Car didn’t fit my expectations as I booked a Jeep and got a Hyundai. But an employee gave me a free upgrade to a Jeep Wrangler and that’s was perfect

Like: Car and Hertz people were great. Coming on terminal 2 and picking up the car at terminal 1 was a bother
