Pick-up and drop-off at the airport were quick and easy, and the service was excellent.

Alamo is relatively quick, not crowded, and didn't encounter any issues with extra insurance charges.

There are plenty of cars available, the service is excellent, and returning the car is convenient.

The car had only run over 12,000 kilometers and was in very good condition. The staff were very patient and helped us save money. Initially, we were going to use one card, but the staff suggested we rent two cars using two cards to avoid paying an extra 10 yuan per day for an additional driver. Returning the car was also simple.

We arrived quite early in the morning, there were not many people, and the process was quick.

Overall good. This is the third time I've used their cars, and the service has been pretty good each time.

Like: Because it was rented on boxing day and returned on New years day I expected there may be problems but all was fine. We were given option of bigger vehicles and because there were no snow tires available we took this to be safer. We went through a pretty huge snow storm and were happy we opted for the heavier vehicle with 4 wheel drive.
Dislike: The Ford explorer ended up being great in snow but a bit hard on gas and it was a very uncomfortable ride. this has nothing to do with the rental agency..just the maker of the vehicle...
