First, the phone number appeared to be out of service. Later, the local representative found me and said their Smart car had fallen into the river and couldn't be rented to me, and there were no other automatic cars available. The rental company’s store had no sign and didn’t show any rental qualifications. The reviews on the website seem to be fake.
