The car rental companies should provide the KWI airport staff with computer programs to process the documents faster for the car renters. It SHOULD NOT take up to 30 or more minuets to leave in a rental car.

The car would shake at speeds over 110km. and it didn't have much fuel in it at the pickup. Vehicle was also dirty inside and out. MAJOR ISSUE: There are NO signs entering the airport to let drivers know WHERE to drop off their rental cars at KWI (Kuwait).
