There are some mistake on dropoff. On 20may2019 i booked for drop off 1300. When i arrive at drop off location at 1300pm. Nobody come! I call to europcar Nobody answer my call!. My flight at 1440 pm. I have to give the car key to my SG friend. But he also have one car at airport too. He drive Europcar to his home and take taxi to airport to pickup his own car. Europcar come to get te car at 1600pm. It is a non professional on Europcar.
The AVIS staff at both T3 and T1 terminals were very unfriendly and dismissive. They never left their desks to assist with car pickup or drop-off, conduct vehicle inspections, or provide any helpful advice. Especially during the return, they asked me to locate the AVIS parking spot on my own. I spent a long time searching but couldn't find it because the AVIS parking signs were too small. I had to call AVIS for help. I requested them to stay on the line as I was already at the parking area and needed directions. The staff on the phone only spoke for a minute before hanging up, and when I tried calling back a few times, no one answered. I ended up parking the car in a regular spot and ran three floors up to seek assistance from the information desk staff at the airport. They contacted AVIS and then explained how to find the parking spot, but their instructions were still unclear. I had to return to the parking area and search for the AVIS spot repeatedly before finally finding it.
Constant free upgrade, where available, so long you maintain loyalty. Pick-up & drop-off time management is slightly flexible as part of their service attitude.
About QEEQ:10.0/10
Apps booking is interesting with much of the Reward Vouchers available from time to time !
The platform initially showed a Toyota Sienna, but when we arrived, the rental company gave us a FREED, which is only slightly larger than a Honda Fit. When we asked the rental company, they said the Sienna was much more expensive. If that's the case, why list the Sienna in the first place? These aren't even the same class of vehicle. To avoid ruining our mood, we just accepted it.
The preferred vehicle is always not available.
If i book for Peugeot 508, it is never available for pick-up. The supplier itself is not interested to provide this vehicle to me.
We got an upgrade of vehicle which included a GPS, which was convenient. The drop-off process was a bit slow as they seemed to have a number of people dropping cars off at once. They convinced us to buy a NETS flashpay card that we could have bought at half the price from a 7-Eleven, but it was convenient to have the card. We didn't re-fuel the car but had driven the car very little so were only charged a $1/litre petrol surcharge, which was very reasonable.
