good experience

Terrible experience at picking up the car here. Just because I didn’t want to purchase their own insurance (because I had an insurance with a third company), they treated me in very rude manner. The guy seemed offended and started telling me that I was the only one doing such a thing and when I ask you to give me a piece of paper where he wrote all the conditions of the deposit I was paying he throw it to the bin in such a theatrical way saying that that paper was his (he should have studied drama instead of being a mediocre rental car assistance). Then he made me sign the contract when it said that the card did not have any scratches when I have not had seen the car and I politely asked to see the car first. He shouted at me saying that that was normal procedure. When I arrive to the car there were scratches so I had to make them come to the car and amend the contract by hand.

Worst rental car company ever! They try to screw every customer in the line including myself. They added extra fees that were not part of the agreement with Easyrentcars.com You should not so business with them!

The credit card deposit was charged instead of only blocking. Now I have to pay the bill and so far the value have not been returned. I'm in contact with my bank to try to avoid paying the value. Besides that, the guy on the pickup was aggressively trying to push their insurance telling horror stories about how easily I could damage the car. This created an unnecessary bad experience.

It would be better to have more payment methods, like PayPal.

They obliged me to pay a EUR 1.200 deposit for a 2,5-days rental of a Fiat Panda, even though I had purchased the full coverage insurance package from AXA. Furthermore, if you intend to pay with a Greek credit card, don't choose this company, as its POS is connected to a bank account in Spain and transactions are likely to be rejected due to capital controls. Terrible behavior by the counter staff. Too long waiting time, 2 employees at the counter who were also delivering and receiving back the cars.

Waited a long time for pick up. They would not accept Amex and forced me to buy insurance. If I did no they would not rent the car seeing I did not have visa or MasterCard with me.
