Why prepay?

No, I was expecting a Toyota Camry. The Outlander and other options were not an equivalent product. At High way speeds the Outlander is noisy to a point you had to turn up the radio. The vehicle was beat up and missing body parts. Upon arrival the car was filthy and I made the center wash the vehicle before I would accept it. The Outlander had a 50% less fuel economy than the Camry expected. This is a classic example of bait and switch to the consumer. I NEVER RECEIVED A FINAL INVOICE FOR THIS RENTAL

They were helpful at the check out counter but even more helpful and quicker on the return Very pleased with their service

Even though we arrived late at night, and there were not many customers there, we had to wait in line and then at the desk for over an hour. The service was extremely slow, and not explanation was ever given for why it took so long. I would hate think what the experience would have been if it had been crowded. Also, we were surprised -- not in a good way -- that we were given a diesel car. Diesel is more expensive and not available at every gas station. This should be noted as a possibility in the rental process, just like manual transmission or any other unusual feature.

Long lines at the rental counter. Not enuf counter reps. Unacceptable. Confusion returning vehicle. Poor signage in garage.

Car was average when we finally got it after 3 hrs. in line. Staff did nothing to speed things up, at times making jokes about the wait.
