Never took the car, when I arrived and give her my Credit card and licence, she told me to pay more

I was disappointed they had to charge my credit card 1800$ They also posted on my credit card the 500 holding charge. It should be held and not charged. I paid 40$ extra for exchange rates on my credit card which I did not expect to pay over and above the total of the invoice

Worst car rental service ever, they run out of economic or medium cars. And don't agree to make upgrades, they make a list of customer with my same situation and make us wait until car returns. After spend more than 3 hours need to go to my hotel with out car and return next day to pick the car.

Everything went very smoothly from start to finish. Counter Agent Kavel Smith was extremely helpful and courteous. One suggestion would be to wash the interior of the airport van. It looked like it was rained on inside!

The car had a few issues. The needs service light came on just after renting, the tire pressure sensors went off and i had to fill them, the car had been wiped out but the bucket must have been dirty and the car was streaky. The gauge cluster was the most noticable. Overall not a bad experience.
