We received an upgrade for free and everything went smooth with the rental process. The car had lots of km, just over 100,000, but was still in great shape, just lots of little exterior nicks and scratches
Very satisfied, a staff member was holding a sign to meet us right after getting off the plane. They gave a detailed introduction to the vehicle's features. The car was also very new and had been cleaned. The interior had no unpleasant odors.
The car space was good. Cleanliness is acceptable. Only there is odour on the floor carpet/mat, smell like damp rain water or stink socks.
