The service was good, but there was no indication that the compensation for the business insurance has an upper limit. Even though they have a partnership with QEEQ, they do not take responsibility for QEEQ’s terms, leaving everything to the customer to handle. This aspect was somewhat dissatisfying, but everything else was fine.
It was snowing heavily the day we arrived. The staff did not assist us in checking the car, just handed it over. This oversight caused us trouble later.
Like: Very helpful staff and transfer vehicle was very efficient. Dislike: The only thing we didn't like was the smell of smoke in the car.
