Although comprehensive insurance was bought through the platform and the insurance company could cover it, the price was absurdly high, practically extortion. After lengthy negotiations, the amount was reduced to €200. While still excessive, being on their turf and needing to catch a flight left no choice but to accept.
The reserved car model could not be provided. Booked a V6 AWD SUV but had to negotiate for almost an hour. Initially given a sedan which was totally unacceptable, ended up getting a city 2.0L four-cylinder SUV, not as promised in the order.

Asimismo, el coche no estaba lleno a la recogida (de hecho me indicaron que estaba a 6/8 pero estaba a menos y yo acabé dejando más de 7/8); debía dejarse al mismo nivel pero acabé dejando más porque es difícil acertar; prefiero la política lleno/lleno, es más justo
