This car is too under powered to deal with interstates and needs more power to change lanes safely

Long wait time for pickup, but drop-off was very quick and easy.

Our order included an additional driver, but the staff told us their system did not show it and that we had to pay extra. They said they checked multiple times and confirmed it was not there, so we ended up paying an additional 300 RMB. Moreover, the counter staff kept insisting that our car was insufficient and pushed us to upgrade to a better model, which we adamantly refused. In reality, the car we rented was completely adequate. We are very dissatisfied with the counter staff, as they had no intention of solving the problem. We will never rent from Budget again; their service is as cheap as their name suggests!

I did not get the Chevy Malibu that I had reserved, but Avis gave me a Nissan Rogue (Budget was not in operation). All in all It worked out perfectly

Budget told me that I need to pay for full insurance, nevertheless I remember that I paid insurance through Easyrentalcars.
