ドライブシャフトの故障がありました。 車両を交換してもらう際、レンタカー会社がホテルまで車を取りに来て、わたしはUberで飛行場まで移動しました。 飛行場のレンタカーカウンターで、車両返却の記録が無いと言われて3時間、代替車を受け取れませんでした。また、Budgetの様々なカウンターをたらい回しにされ、カスタマーサポートにも電話して、時間を使い、とても嫌な時間を過ごしました。

“Excellent overall except for the lady at the counter for which the score is zero”

The lady forcefully charged the one way fee to my card when it was paid for. Upon showing her she refused to reverse it and then after a lot of persuasion convereted the amount into a deposit. She also insisted that i by an insurance and told me that the insurance that I had pre purchased was of no use. I think overall except the lady at the counter the experience was excellent
