First, this company doesn't have a physical store. The car pickup and drop-off are done at a gas station near the airport, which feels extremely unsafe.
Second, the car was in terrible condition and couldn't be exchanged. It had already driven 200,000 kilometers. The brake pads were squeaking, and there were mold spots in the seat crevices. This is the dirtiest and worst car I've ever rented in my life.
Finally, the staff had no concept of time. We waited for half an hour for the car, and the guy showed up very late. For the return, we arranged the return time more than an hour in advance on WhatsApp, but the guy did not adhere to it, leaving our whole family waiting in the car.
Not alot of prior details uoon collection of car. Called the customer service but no update or followup, just mentioned another team will manage.
