They’re BIG TROUBLE

I called my bank and was told that it was their machine, this confirmed by a rental I did later in the day.

Our biggest frustration was the return address. When entered into GPS as 2929 S Federal Hy, Fort Lauderdale, it sent us 20 miles south. We finally found it on SE 6th Ave. A map or more instruction would have prevented this frustration!

Felt like I was cheated with the insurance. Didn't see anywhere where I had to drive my insurance. First time in 25 years I had to and then told my coverage was not enough. Will not ever use you again.

The staff was extremely rude and didn't care about my voucher and didn't care about the tolls at a rate of $90.00 for the 9 day rental. I don't drive in Miami except to get to the Florida keys and back to airport. Major ripoff I called the very next day to your company to complain. I was also told by two different employees on two different calls to you about my miles being unlimited rate according to my voucher to go ahead and drive because we will cover it for you. I was charged by Right Car $187.50 on Jan.17 2019. I then started a dispute with my credit card company. I was never given a contract proof to booking with your company stating anything regarding my Florida drivers license. I will never use your company again and will spend my all my extra time writing bad reviews on your company because you don't take care of your customers the way the your employees say they will. Location is ghetto, the office is a closet on the side of a repair garage that was made into a office. The first car they tried to give us had a brake light out. So they switched us to a car with major dents and a check engine light on. The inside of the glass was so dirty when the sun hit the glass I couldnt see out of it. The car had 3/4 of a tank of gas at pick up, how do you replensih 3/4 tank? It should be full and returned full.
