The car pickup location is extremely hard to find, very hidden and far away. I have rented cars nearly ten times abroad, and this is the first time I encountered a rental company that requires extra attention to the car's interior cleanliness. If they find any trash, water stains, or sand on the seats, they will fine you 80 euros (and even suggest you pay ten euros to wash the car outside before returning it), which adds unnecessary inconvenience to travel. One female staff member had inconsistent car inspection standards, so make sure to take extra photos. The other male staff members were okay. The car was not rented with a full tank, making it difficult to control how much fuel to refill, which is very inconvenient. The rental company tries to scare you by saying local traffic accidents are common to sell insurance and pointed out that off-road scenarios are not covered by insurance. However, many beaches in Crete involve off-road driving; are we supposed to walk there to avoid dehydration!? I suggest avoiding this rental company.
This is an off site vendor. Two Venezuelan young men operate the whole business. They are open 8 am to 8 pm. You have to go to Terminal 1 to the bus stop position 7 and call and wait for their van. If you do this there are no problems. Be SURE you have bought insurance and have that policy (or yours) as evidence. Amazing prices and friendly service.
The phone number to be picked up at the airport was not working, there was no way to contact the office. There are too many car rental places in FFL with very similar names, too confusing. Windshield wipers needed to be replaced and cruise control did not work.
Despite purchasing the full insurance, they unfairly charged me for damage after an accident. It's been two months since I rented the car in June and I haven't received any insurance compensation. Customer service has been unable to resolve the issue.
The service was excellent. The staff was very polite and even upgraded the car. I had to call the store to get the new address as QEEQ had not updated it.
The unlock button on the key fob for my car did not work, which I wasn’t told about when picking up the car. It led to the car alarm going off every time I manually unlocked the car. Luckily I sorted it out myself, but would have liked more help from the car rental on this.

Right cars was great, I was very skeptical that everything will go smooth but it was, the pick up and drop off was quick and without any problems

They lied and said my credit card wasn't working and that it kept declining when they tried to charge the 2000.00 security deposit. i called my CC company in front of them and they told me that there was no transaction being made. They lied and said it declined because they wanted me to pay for insurance when i had proof of my OWN. i fought with him and he showed care in the world. what a shame.
No one at the airport to greet. Had to burn a day of expensive roaming to make one phone call to find out where the pick up guy was. Had to wait a further 10 minutes for him to arrive. Not as described in the pick up instructions.
Car was generally fine (it had done nearly 70,000 km, but was troublesome to start, although it did usually eventually fire. Either needed a full charge or a new battery. Informed the rental agency.
Very disappointing that rental company's policy is to hold on to my deposit (€650) for 28 days even though there is no question of the car being damaged in any way. I don't see why my money should be earning interest in their account for a month.

Price was very competitive through QEEQ. Its not always so, but this was very low for a week's hire.
!!!!!Poor service from hire car company. Car had old bottles and other customers paperwork (from May 2019) in it. Was supposed to be full to full but wasn't. Phone charger didn't work. Satnav was in Japanese (for japan) but couldn't be switched off so had a running Japanese dialogue. But worst was that the renter announced as we left that he would not be there on the day we drop it off, so we had to arrange our own taxi (at our expense) to the airport! It was not clear where to leave the key, I still haven't had confirmation that all was ok (despite leaving a note and emailing them) and not be able to confirm that our deposit would be refunded. We were supposed to be using the same company (spicy cars) when we come back to the north island but plan to cancel.... poor service.
