The company name is Fox, initially we couldn't find Europcar. Once we knew it was Fox, everything was convenient, no extra sales pitches, all insurance was included, and car pickup and inspection were very easy.

Great service, although the wait time was a bit long. I waited nearly an hour that day.

For small upgrade fee we were able To het a better car with better coverage

Straight forward and simple to use

The car was brand new Sedan Hyundai Elantra. The Waiting time for my turn advance to the counter was horrible, waiting time at least 60min. Your staff attending to my booking was trying to influence me to "upgrade" to a more durable care that can manage snow driving instead of proceed with arranging the unit which I had done pre-paid via online weeks ago at price I prefer. The upgrade offer was like US$150+ verses my pre-paid US$40. That's was a shoker to us when I realised it was somehow convincingly blabbered thruout and "upgrade" was arranged. Until I saw the paper to sign, I had decided not to proceed with the upgrade.
