The counter attendant could not speak English, but he was serious and responsible, using gestures to explain insurance details. Successfully picked up the car.
Miss Hong's service was very thoughtful, and she spoke fluent Mandarin, making communication very pleasant. On non-busy days, there was no need to queue.
The car is better than what I booked. Bigger car and spacious. Able to accommodate 1 big and 2 medium luggages and small luggage.
