we had a puncture enroute and getting hold of anyone to help , respond and call back was very difficult and we had to sort it out ourselves. Dont have a problem on a Sunday.

The car was actually better than I booked, so it was a great surprise. It was in good shape (except for the tyres - these should have been replaced and in Europe would not pass tech exam) and comfortable to drive. The overall service provided was very good. Convenient pick up, convenient return.
Very thorough and honest check of the car before pickup, easy clear paperwork, helpful staff, easy to find desk and drop off.
