Honestly, a company's service quality is best shown when something goes wrong. The rescue was quick, and of course, the local police were very helpful. They changed our car to an automatic one, and our trip was not delayed.

The store's workflow is very efficient. After checking the car rental form, they noticed I only had one copy of my driver's license, so they thoughtfully made an extra copy for me and gave back my original for future use. The car exchange was also quick; they simply checked the fuel and confirmed the return. They even reminded me that 5000 THB would be refunded to my credit card in two weeks. Most importantly, they upgraded my reserved car to a higher category, which was much more comfortable than an A-class car.
