There was a scratch that was already there when I picked up the car, but they insisted it was new when I returned it. I had a flight to catch so I didn't argue and paid 300 yuan. Additionally, the paperwork was supposed to be done right after getting our luggage and before leaving the airport. We couldn't find the place and had to ask the airport security to let us back in to complete the procedures.
A very good car rental company. There were staff waiting for us as soon as we arrived at the airport to help us get the car. They also explained everything in detail. When returning the car, they were also waiting for us at the airport early. Very satisfied with the car rental!
The service attitude was quite good; the small car was very easy to drive.
