EasiRent Dublin - Awful Experience. Damaged Car and rude staff.

Counter staff helpful but took a while for form filling

Did not use the price protector

Was told the class/size of vehicle I booked wasn’t available, hence I had to leave a bag in Dublin with relatives. Witnessed the same routine with another customer when I returned the vehicle, which makes me wonder.

Have yet to see a refund which the so called price protector achieved for me, certainly hasn’t hit my credit card. And it’s now 3 weeks since my hire started.

No aceptaron mi mastercard de débito para la fianza, otras empresas sin la aceptan. Tuve que coger un seguro para evitar dejar la fianza.

Never ever again ... over two hours for the pick up process ... ridiculous

When picking up the car the guy at the counter painted a very scary picture of insurance situation and informed me that to be fully insured I need to purchase very expensive insurance. I know this is his job and everything he said was accurate but I found it very scary. And the whole process took too long. When I dropped off I found the guy accepted it was rude. He dropped me off at the airport by double parking and gave me a "safety first" advice when I was going to get off from offside of the van. But because he double parked, the near side was equally dangerous.
