At our flight arrival Hertz was the only rental car booth closed. All the other rental cars were opened. we tried to deal with the Hertz "auto-pickup" box and it was a mess. Hopefully a Hertz agent showed up after 15 mn and we were able to make the papers. But we lost 45 mn in the process with a lot of stress (we thought at some point that we would have to deal with this "auto-pickup" box)... especially when you see that all other customers from other rental cars companies were treated the correct way. So a really bad experience with Hertz. On the positive side, the car was nice.

La voiture était très propre , dommage qu’elle n’était pas équipée de pneus cloutés ( étrange ) surtout pour circuler sur les routes glacées norvégiennes....Le retour du véhicule est succinct, il n’y a aucun contrôle du loueur ...

When I picked the car up the lady in the office and her colleagues could not have been more helpful. I think it was a bit cheeky to charge me a "one-way" fee for returning a Swedish registered car to Sweden from Norway - but - c'est la vie....

Like: Car was quite good.
Dislike: We spent lot of time before we found the office. We had to pass Volvo center, go dowstairs and so on, without any pointers.
