Long wait for car pick up. Not navigation or toddler car seat available. Jerusalem stuff was not friendly with giving directions since we didn't have navigation when leaving. Drop off was easy and very friendly at TLV airport.

The car was filthy both in and out and had more bumps and scratches on it than a dodgem car. Shocking service at collection point and shocking car. Budget should be ashamed of themselves

They do try to get you on scratches so make sure to take clear pictures of everything yourself. Also they charge for seats that are stained, so keep em clean, or take pics if they were dirty. Otherwise they are awesome.

I had to wait a long time (an hour) for a car even though I had made a reservation. And they wouldn't give me an upgrade. The car I got wasn't serviced had an empty tank of gas and was very dirty.
