Not very reliable

They promised a full tank, but gave us a car with an empty tank and refused to fill it up. During the car inspection, they pretended to record two scratches but didn't actually mark them on the form. They tricked me into paying 1500 rupees, and when returning the car, who can manage to return it with an exactly empty tank to the airport? I still had more than half a tank left. I booked the car a week in advance, but the order was only confirmed 24 hours before departure. I almost had to book another car on Taobao... At first, the staff gave me a Hyundai i1 without mentioning the downgrade! The price difference is significant! I almost got scammed!
