They had the car delivered straight to the pier for us, but the driver was quite late. After we got off the ship we wandered around the pier for a long time and still couldn’t find him. In the end, a very kind driver from another rental company helped us call their office, tracked down the delivery driver and told us he was still on the way. We ended up waiting quite a while before the car finally showed up. The driver himself was decent overall and gave us a clear walkthrough of the car before leaving. When returning the car, because we had scraped a bus earlier, they asked me to pay 27,000 rupees and promised to send me the repair invoice the next afternoon. I still haven’t received anything yet. (I was following your customer service’s advice to pay first, then get the repair bill from them and claim it back afterwards.) The car itself was in good condition, fairly spacious, and the trunk was big enough for four suitcases (two 24-inch, one 22-inch, and one 20-inch).

The rental company’s service was really good, and the pick-up and drop-off were handled smoothly.

No complaints with car. It was great. But I was made to pay insurance coverage, despite taking full insurance cover from Qeeq. I have followed up with qeeq for the refund of the insurance but not yet received.

They were already at the airport entrance holding a sign with my name, which was a really nice surprise. Everything went very smoothly and quickly when picking up the car. Both pickup and return were right in the airport parking lot, super convenient. But once you drive out you have to pay a parking fee, and when returning the car there was an extra “hidden” charge because they said the car had to be washed first. There’s nowhere to wash the car around there, so in the end I just had to pay for it… and they didn’t even have change, which made the experience pretty annoying. Apart from that, the car was very new and perfect for a self-drive trip in Mongolia.

The counter pick up was lengthy but the staff were very polite and apologetic.

The reserved fuel level was a quarter tank, but it's difficult to return it at exactly a quarter. The online description said the vehicle was four-wheel drive, but it wasn't.

They even sent someone from the rental company to pick us up at the airport, super convenient! Highly recommend.
