Unable to use cards with UnionPay logo as a deposit, regardless of the presence of Mastercard or Visa logos. This was very inconvenient and forced me to buy insurance for an additional 1000 yuan since I couldn't put down a deposit. Booked a BMW 1 Series but was given a Volvo V40. The car looked good, but it broke down, so we had to switch to a Skoda Octavia. The car was larger but not comfortable and downgraded. After communication, we changed to a Mini the next day. The car was very new this time but it wasted a day running around.
False advertising. I booked a BMW X3 categorized as a mid-size SUV that could fit four suitcases. Ended up with a GLB, categorized as a compact SUV, that could only fit two suitcases. So frustrating!
