“Very good experience except for the warranty excess amount.”
About Enterprise:8.0/10
The only thing that did go as planned was related to the insurance excess amount. It was clearly shown as 400USD but Entreprise insisted that it is 3000AED and they blocked this amount on my credit card though my booking from QEEQ was showing 400USD (about 1500AED). Good thing that I did not need it.
About QEEQ:10.0/10
QEEQ should double check the excess amount issue with Enterprise.

About Enterprise:6.0/10
It's 2024. We have self-driving cars, we're exploring Mars, but my credit card can't handle a transaction in South Africa? Seriously? I'm starting to suspect the international banking system is powered by hamsters on tiny treadmills.
Wait was a little longer than I would have liked but once I was served by Will, it was a very smooth and quick process. Drop off was very quick indeed and Harry was very helpful.
It took a while to pick up the car but there was two of us picking up cars so that’s probably why.
Connor who organised our cars was excellent! I’ve never got the extra insurance before when hiring a car but he explained the benefits really well which encouraged us to pay the extra.
However it did mean that the daily rate was comparable to other companies and Enterprise weren’t the bargain we initially thought.
Connor was friendly and personable. He explained the wear and tear conditions of the hire really well which I don’t think I’ve ever really understood before.
Excellent customer service!
And they upgraded us to an automatic which was much appreciated.
Beware. Car clearly hadn’t been checked before renting out. AdBlue warning came on after 30 minutes. Despite checking the car back in, and the vehicle having a thorough inspection at that time, and getting a full refund of the deposit, Enterprise proceeded to charge me 2 weeks later for a nail in a tyre. This was clearly a vindictive act just because I complained about the state of the vehicle.
In addition to credit and debit cards, you can now pay for online car rentals with cryptocurrency! Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Bitcoin Cash (BCH) are accepted. Curious about how long a Bitcoin transaction takes or how to pay with Bitcoin? Read our FAQs for more details.
