The side of the tire was damaged, yet it was still rented out to us, causing a tire blowout during the journey. This not only disrupted our trip but also posed a serious safety hazard!
The pickup location is right in the airport arrival hall and very noticeable. You need to bring your local driver's license; a translation document alone is not sufficient. Electronic licenses are accepted. The actual car provided was an upgrade with more space.
