“The advantages of using a brand organisation, for better or worse.”

Please ensure vehicles are filled compliant with all local laws before customers take vehicle away.
All desk staff were VERY curious about situation, and did the best they could.
The counter staff were absolutely excellent and it was the smoothest and fastest car hire pick up I have ever had. Drop off process was the same and staff were very friendly and helpful…highly recommend.
Alpha was great - I called a few times prior to rental with enquiries and they responded promptly.
I asked about additional drivers and they told me $10/day per driver. When we went to pick up, we were told that actually we had one free additional driver.
The car was OK - a Renault that was a little gutless on the hills.

Pretty easy
The price didn’t drop, but it was super cheap to start with, so we were still happy
Everything was quick and easy. No problrms on pick up or drop off.

With the car rental being over the Xmas and New Year period, and me being over 70 yrs old, the price was a little more than usual but still reasonable.
“God experience just be aware it's an expensive venture.”
About East Coast:10.0/10
The only thing l would have anything to say is its an expensive thing to hire.
You have lots of adds about being good value and incentives but it still works out being an expensive thing.
Great car and good service we just had a couple of issues getting through to the company on the phone when it was time for pick up. Maybe update your phone lines??
Very good condition in general. HOWERE THE CAR DID LOSE POWER ON THE EASTERN DISTRIBUTOR ONCE. THIS WAS HIGHLY DANGEROUS. It happened about 15 minutes after pickup, however after a restart never happened again for the following 20+hours of highway driving.
About QEEQ:9.0/10
Communications in the booking of the car hire company selected could be easier to find.
Company was not in-terminal as listed on the page and gave ridicoulus page long description how to get there without saying address, as of course addres was registered to be the airport, not their real adress which was 35 Doodle Street, Alexandria, NSW.
I travelled many countries across all continents and this was so far my worst car rental experience in terms of picking up the car.
About QEEQ:8.0/10
Qeeq jsut should work on correcting Driveline Renal description on their page to avoid future confusion for customers. Also when trying to help, qeeq was calling from weird phone numbers to help: USA, Bulgaria. Next time please just use email/whatsapp to avoid additional charges for customers.
