Terrible experience... It's been over six months since my trip ended, and I still haven't received my deposit back. I've sent countless emails and made phone calls, but the issue remains unresolved.
When returning the car, I was informed that the actual return location was different from the one chosen during booking. Athens city was very congested, and there were many one-way streets. After much hassle, I reached the return location, only to find the fuel gauge was down by 1/8, and was asked to pay for refueling. I have complained to the rental company, but the issue remains unresolved.
