Then I saw one staff member arguing with two customers about not being able to use debit cards or Amex. I waited a long time before he finally spoke to me, and he didn't help with the luggage. It was a very long drive to the rental location. There was only one staff member, and I waited a long time to get the car. Returning the car was even worse. I waited a long time for the shuttle bus to arrive, and it was full, so I had to wait again. Avoid this car rental company if you are on a tight schedule. Also, if you are returning the car at night, be very careful. The navigation to this return location goes through a very desolate area, which is very scary.
