They claimed no deposit was needed, but still required a credit card authorization and unjustly charged fees. Even in the second month after returning the car, they continued to charge fees.
1. They aggressively pushed insurance, ignoring me when I declined. 2. After leaving the airport with my luggage, it took over ten minutes to reach the Car Rental location. Guests renting from other companies got their cars within around ten minutes, while we had to wait 50 minutes as the staff went out to get the car. No one attended to us during this wait, and if I hadn't asked or pressed, who knows how long we would have waited. Terrible service. I've rented cars in many places across Europe and America, and usually, it takes no more than 20 minutes to get the car. This company's service in Dubai was atrocious.
Booked a Mitsubishi but got a JAC, fuel consumption is indeed high. However, the car is quite new.
